Atlas Back to Atlas

Delete your account

Deleting your Atlas account removes it and everything synced to it, on every device. It can’t be undone.

What gets deleted

Your account (your email address and how you sign in) and every record synced to it: workouts and sets, split days, foods and recipes, diary entries, water, weigh-ins, your profile, and your goals.

It goes from the database straight away. Copies inside the nightly encrypted backups roll off within 30 days. Data on a phone stays on that phone until you erase it there or delete the app. Anything Atlas wrote to Apple Health stays in Health until you delete it there.

In the app

Settings → Account → Delete account. Choose whether to keep the data on the phone you are holding or erase it too. This is the quickest way, and it needs nothing from us.

Without the app

Enter the email address you sign in to Atlas with. Mark replies to that address to confirm it’s yours, then deletes the account and replies again once it’s done. Nothing is deleted until you confirm.

The address you sign in with. If you sign in with Google, it’s your Google address.

Or email [email protected] from the address you sign in with, and say you want your account deleted.

What the account holds, where it is stored and who handles it is in the privacy policy.
